On 16 June, the summer camp in Kyrgyzstan officially kicked off as part of our activities for Syr Darya Day 2025.
Organized with the support of the GIZ project ‘Climate-Sensitive Water Resources Management in Central Asia’ and in partnership with Green Alliance NGO, the camp brings together motivated school students and university youth from the Naryn, Osh, and Jalal-Abad regions.
Participants were selected based on their outstanding performance and active engagement in previous project activities.
🎯 The goal? To raise awareness about the importance of the Syr Darya River, promote environmental responsibility, and encourage youth involvement in water conservation and sustainable water management.
